No invented numbers
It records what you paid. Nothing more.
The ledger is a factual record: price, date, seller, currency, notes. It is not an appraisal, not a market price, and not a promise that your collection will be worth anything. You enter your own value if you want a total.
That is the point: a record you can defend, not a number you have to believe.

Common questions
Do I need to be good at Notion?
No. You need a free Notion account. The PDF shows how to duplicate the page and where everything lives.
Can I preview it before buying?
Yes. Open the live demo. It is the actual page with sample data. Checkout is not open yet; the demo is the full preview.
Can I connect my existing collection?
The template is a copy, not a live connector. Export an existing Notion database, Airtable base, or spreadsheet to CSV, import it into My Collection, map the columns, and re-link parent and offspring. Guided and Full setups include the import. Two-way sync with an outside database is not included.
Do I need an API key or integration?
No. You duplicate a Notion page. There is no app to install, no API key, and no integration to authorize. The integration used to build the demo is not part of the product.
Is the template self-contained?
Yes. All five databases and every view live inside the page you duplicate. Nothing points to my workspace.
Does it value my plants?
No. It records what you paid and, if you choose, what you think a plant is worth today. It does not estimate market prices.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Template: 7-day refund at launch. Setup: full refund before work starts, 50% after. Full terms will be published before checkout opens.
Do you get access to my Notion?
Only for Full Setup, only to the page you choose, and only until delivery. You can revoke access in one click.
Is there a subscription?
